Every time an order is placed and has gone through security and payment verification, the items are then packaged and posted. As soon as the package has a postage label you will be notified by email.
Tracking numbers don’t necessarily work immediately when they are created by the courier company. We would suggest giving anywhere up to 48 hours for the service to update especially over a weekend. This is rare though and normally information is available as soon as a package is collected by the courier.
What happens if the tracking stops prematurely?
Sometimes tracking stops for a time period midway through transit, this can be for a number of reasons, such as customs fees being calculated or an incorrect address.
If your tracking information goes 3 days without any updates, please contact the courier company. They will be able to resolve any issues.
