Sometimes, you’ve sent back an item and it takes longer than usual for the refund to arrive in your account. There are a few reasons this might happen.
- The returns courier you are using has some delays
- We have received the item and are in the process of checking and scanning it We have processed the return and issued the refund, but the money has not yet been released by your bank.
- Refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account after being processed.
If the tracking on your return has not updated after 48 hours or stops updating midway through the return it is best to contact the returns courier directly. They will let you know what the issue is.
