Once an order has been placed on the website, we cannot make any changes. Please take care when placing orders to ensure that the details are correct.
Occasionally clients may place an order with the incorrect address, in this case we would advise you to contact the shipping company directly to inform them of the error. When an order is placed you will receive a tracking number within 36 hours. You should give the tracking number to the courier company to enable a simple search for the package. They should be able to update things on their end.
Sometimes clients may place an order and for some reason, the order cannot be delivered. This can happen in cases where maybe you have gone on holiday, do not have a concierge and do not have a specified safe place for a parcel to be delivered. In such a situation the package would be returned to us, and we would issue a refund for the clothing part of the order.
Please note. If an order was placed with an incorrect address at checkout and then goes missing, SW1X Entertainment Limited are not liable to refund or replace the items.
