Can I exchange an item?

If you receive your package and an item doesn’t fit how you had imagined do not worry! T I A offers exchanges on most items except opened intimates packaging. 

Exchanges can be made for a different size in the same style only. 

To organise an exchange please contact our customer services team. 

Once the item has been received back to us, we will ship out the replacement. 

At times when seeking a return, we may not have the item you wish to change to in stock. Clients then have two options, you can wait until the product is back in stock, or we can issue an immediate refund.

Fit Guarantee 

T IA offers a fit guarantee to first-time clients who are trying to get their size right. For every new order we would suggest thoroughly looking at our size comparison chart.
